Our Last Day in Sao Paulo - 2 Jun

This was the last day we were in Sao Paulo. We spent most of our time to be a tourist in the downtown area.

In the morning, we visited the Se Catherdal, the biggest catherdal in the downtown area. We walked through the old business district.

Then, Maria brought us to Liberdade and joined her mother to visit supermarkets and markets.

After a final round of shopping, we rushed back to Andrea's apartment to pack the Samba Dance Costomes that we planned to ship back to Hong Kong. Here, Joe and Joao were designing a cartoon box to fit the sets in it.

It is a day before the long weekend. The traffic to airport is terribly congested. Joao drove and took a short cut to our destination. Melissa met us in the airport to wave us goodbye for our midnight flight.

With all the sweet memories, we carried a full bag of friendship and valuable experience home.

Paulista Avenue

Walking along the Paulista Avenue, the heart of Sao Paulo. We started with a delicious afternoon break at Bella Paulista. It is the time of the beginning of peak hours, the road was congested by cars.

High rise in Sao Paulo - a concrete jungle

One of the highest building in downtown Sao Paulo, the observatory deck was open to public before 3pm free. It is worthwhile to have a panaromic view of the jungle of building of Sao Paulo. This showcase why Sao Paulo is named as the biggest city in South hemisphere.

Sunday Market

Municipal Market - a market for local and tourists. I love to walk in markets very much. Municipal Market is a good one for visitors because we can see a lot of Brazilian food.
